Nicole Mangum

Psychologist, PhD

Dr. Mangum is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience. She obtained her BA in psychology and a BS in Gerontology from Baylor University. She completed an APA approved doctoral degree in clinical health psychology from CSPP-San Diego.

She performs neuropsychological assessments for those with aging related disorders, brain injury, and ADHD (adult). Psychological assessments help provide clearance for surgical procedures and clarify clinical diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Dr. Mangum strives to demonstrate progress in the treatment process through the creation of specific research supported treatment goals that can be tracked. As well, she works to engage and guide clients with an empathetic approach that will help maintain motivation for growth.

Over the past 25 years, Phil has developed, owned and operated several accredited outpatient medical rehabilitation and behavioral health centers across Texas. Claudia Espinosa

Dr. Espinosa is a Licensed Counselor and Licensed Psychological Associate with Behavioral Health Providers. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX and completed her PsyD in Clinical Psychology program at Argosy University in Dallas, TX. She completed a practicum at Baylor Institute of Rehabilitation (BIR) that entailed a rotation in Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury. Her training also included performing neuropsychological assessments for Jack Dial, Ph.D. in a private practice setting. Dr. Espinosa’s experience working with older adults includes working in a memory disorder center within a hospital setting, a neurology office, and nursing home setting. She has been performing neuropsychological assessments for aging related disorders (ie. dementia related to Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s), mild brain injury, and mild cognitive impairment for Behavioral Health Providers for a period of six years.

She is available to help individuals address a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, career stress, chronic pain, cognitive remediation, insomnia, and PTSD.

Dr. Espinosa's approaches draw upon cognitive behavioral and processing therapy, prolonged exposure, solution focused, and mindfulness based therapies.

Desiree' Kilcrease-Fleming, Psychologist, PhD

Desiree’ Kilcrease-Fleming, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist. Dr. Kilcrease-Fleming obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Mississippi in Counseling Psychology, a program approved by the American Psychological Association. She also completed an APA-approved internship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Terrell State Hospital Consortium.

Dr. Kilcrease-Fleming is a seasoned professional with experience in such areas as geriatrics after having served as the Regional Evaluator conducting neuropsychological evaluations within skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers prior to joining Behavioral Health Providers. In this capacity, Dr. Kilcrease-Fleming worked extensively with Kindred Hospital and had admitting privileges there. Dr. Kilcrease-Fleming’s clinical skills herald from a cognitive-behavioral orientation.

    Alexandra holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology from University of Texas at Tyler. She has served as a research assistant in their Memory Assessment and Research Center, leading a team of eleven research assistants responsible for coordinating with patients and participants for neuropsychological assessments. She also served as a psychologist intern at Terrell State Hospital where she performed neuropsychological testing, and psychological testing for inpatients ages of 11 to geriatric population. Alexandra is passionate about testing and thoroughly enjoys her work with seniors.
