Fees for services provided may be covered through private health insurance plans, workers’ compensation, or private payment. Our medical billing provider will verify your coverage and benefits prior to beginning treatment. The company will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment to inform you of your coverage/benefits in addition to any co-pays required, if applicable. Accepted health plans and fee schedules are provided upon request.
